  • Learn your business
Technology's function is to help facilitate and support business processes. Without a thorough understanding of those processes, how they came about, and what the dependencies are, technology cannot be implemented successfully.

We ask questions. A lot of them. We believe the best way to effectively help our clients is to first understand their business inside and out. We bring a wealth of experience from a variety of industries, including oil and gas, beverage container recycling, event promotion and sales, and damaged vehicle auctions.
  • IDENTIFY PAIN POINTS
Technology is often used to expedite, simplify, or drive an existing business process that is slow, complex, or ineffective.

The problem areas – or "pain points" – need to be thoroughly examined from a business perspective before any technology is introduced. Can the process be simplified? Removed? Can technology solve the problem, or will a change to the business process work?
  • Present alternatives
Based on the background information collected, and documented pain points, we will present several alternatives to clients. Often, these alternatives will range in technology sets, time, and effort. Heart will make a recommendation on the course of action from these alternatives.
  • implement solution
Heart develops software using traditional and agile methodologies, industry best practices, and milestone-based implementations.
  • Provide Maintenance & Support
We support every system we build. Often, our clients have an immediate need to rectify their current pain points, with potential enhancements to be added as part of a "Phase II" implementation.

Whether it's additional training, support, or future enhancements, we are always here to support our clients.
  • Re-Learn your business
Business is constantly evolving. Whether it be due to growth, new strategies, or a changing industry, your technology must move at the speed of your business.

Our systems are designed with as much flexibility and scalability as possible, to allow for growth and/or new business functionality to be added.
